Order Timeline and Process

I send each order out as soon as possible. I try my best to ship in 1-2 days from the day the order is made.  

U.S. : 

Please allow 4-10 days for delivery to all U.S. Addresses

International: 

International addresses may take 4 weeks or more.  

 

Missing and Stolen Mail, Incorrect Address

If your package went missing or stolen, please contact me at nattan.universe@gmail.com and I’ll see what we can do. In the event the order/package is stolen, please contact the local authorities to file a police report. 

Please double-check the shipping address when checking out. Orders sent back to me due to incorrect shipping information will be restocked in the shop. I will reach out to you via email so I can get an updated address.  New shipping labels can be purchased and the order will be re-processed.
